This morning, April 10, technology company Icetea AI & Robotics officially launched Digesty – an artificial intelligence platform for Vietnamese users. Rather than a traditional chatbot, Digesty’s platform builds a model of an AI Street with multiple stalls such as a Photo Studio, Tarot Booth, and Writing Station. The product targets Gen Z and office workers, focusing on an experience that is familiar, culturally aligned with Vietnam and ensuring authenticity in information processing. Digesty differentiates itself from the typical chatbot model by adopting an “AI Street with multisensory experiences,” where each stall represents a specific need such as entertainment, creativity, learning, or updating information. This approach helps users avoid overthinking what to ask and lets them start from familiar contexts. Digesty has received the strongest feedback from Gen Z, a group of tech-savvy young people exploring themselves and seeking empathy. Office workers are also an expanding audience, needing a quick AI tool to support work while seeking a light, entertaining experience after work. Digesty does not copy international models but builds on Vietnamese usage habits and culture. The Tarot Booth aims for empathy and positivity, not belief. The Writing Station serves practical needs such as drafting emails, correcting mistakes, adjusting tone, and understanding Vietnamese nuance from formal to casual. The interface is designed like a neighborhood, making the AI experience intuitive, akin to strolling and trying each feature. HONESTY IS THE GUIDING PRINCIPLE FOR INFORMATION HANDLING. The name Digesty combines Digest (summarize, digest information) and Honesty. This principle underpins the platform, especially in features related to news and summarization where bias or distortion can occur. To ensure this, Digesty applies three layers of control: First, reliable sources. The platform’s AI prioritizes scanning and extracting data from mainstream press and verifiable documents. Second, cross-checking. Multi-source comparison algorithms are used to minimize hallucinations. Third, transparency. In every summary or document processing, Digesty strives to preserve original context and provide clear citations for user verification. Digesty does not rely on international models; it builds on local Vietnamese usage habits and culture. The Tarot Booth aims for empathy and positivity, not faith. The Writing Station serves practical needs such as composing emails, correcting errors, adjusting style, and understanding Vietnamese tonal nuances from formal to casual. The interface is designed as a neighborhood to make AI interaction intuitive, like walking and trying things out. Regarding competition with global AI players, Digesty representatives say deep core technology competition is unlikely; the company’s advantage lies in understanding local users and rapid experimentation (as a newly founded Vietnamese company in April 2025). They do not rely on complex technology to persuade; they focus on simple, everyday values. In the near term, Digesty plans to launch its Document Digest feature in Q2 2026 and continue expanding stalls for learning, information processing, and content personalization. Icetea AI & Robotics is a Vietnamese technology company, founded in April 2025, focused on AI and robotics research and development. Besides Digesty, the company is developing aicademy Workspace (an AI-based HR management solution for enterprises, launching in Q2 2026), agentinfra (a Backend-as-a-Service platform for developers), and robotics research with a multi-method AI virtual/physical assistant approach.
Premium gym chains are entering a “golden era” that is ending or already in decline, as rising operating costs collide with shifting consumer preferences toward more flexible, community-based ways to exercise. Long-term memberships are shrinking, margins are pressured by higher rents and facility expenses, and competition from smaller, more personalized…
