Faraday Future founder and Co-CEO YT Jia shared a weekly investor update highlighting continued momentum in EAI Robotics sales and shipments, alongside progress on university collaborations and partnership development.
In April, FF EAI robots added 46 new robotics sales and shipments. Combined with March shipments, cumulative sales and shipments reached 68 units. The company said this represents steady progress toward its target of 200 units by the end of June.
FF also stated that it is continuing to achieve positive gross margin on each product model. Jia said the company is beginning to see the “evolutionary flywheel” in action, noting that as the first U.S. company to deliver both humanoid and bionic robots, each deployed and delivered robot activates a node in the “Device–Data–Brain” flywheel. In May, FF expects deliveries and deployments to accelerate.
Jia said this month’s deliveries mainly went to B2C users, including Falrano, and to B2B education customers such as Triple I and BIBS, the Boston International Business School. He described these organizations as both users and developer partners helping build “6-3-3” Industry Applications and practical value in real-world environments.
On the EAI Brain & Developer Platform under FF’s “Three-in-One” strategy, Jia said the company has started co-building the developer ecosystem. Initiatives include a youth developer program designed for “AI natives,” as well as a developer incentive program that has been rolled out.
On the Data Factory side, FF said it has put in place an initial framework for EAI data collection and model training and is preparing for the development of the EAI Data Factory. The company said it will provide updates on further progress across the Three-in-One strategy.
FF said it is implementing its EAI robotics education product line across multiple areas, including university partnerships, K–12 programs, and broader procurement and camp plans.
As the annual Berkshire Hathaway stockholders meeting opened, Boston International Business School and FF officially launched the BIBS–FF AI and Robotics Institute in Omaha. FF said this is intended as a first step in bringing the EAI education ecosystem into U.S. universities.
FF also said it jointly hosted the World Youth Leaders Forum & Junior Leadership Forum, where it held discussions on AI, the future of global business, leadership, and educational innovation, and reported a positive response from attendees.
In addition, FF said it has been in touch with UCLA, where faculty and students have shown interest in its products and where it is advancing potential collaboration opportunities.
FF said it hosted a K–12 immersive robotics class in partnership with BrainBuilders STEM Education. The session drew over 30 students and parents, and FF reported that children were highly engaged. The company said it validated the robot curriculum and teaching approach in real-world settings and that both parties are exploring next steps for deeper collaboration.
For the to-B side, FF said it will focus on advancing strategic partnerships with an initial group of K–12 schools and universities, driving robot procurement, and launching an EAI education summer camp. For the to-C family side, the company said it will pursue rapid execution to bring educational robots into households and accelerate development of a scaled EAI education ecosystem in the United States.
Jia said the Wall Street Journal recently reported on automotive industry development in China and the United States and mentioned FF’s global EAI Industry Bridge Strategy. FF said this underscores that its EAI Robotics and Automotive Bridge Strategy is having industry impact and gaining recognition across policy and industry circles.
FF also said it hosted an exchange session with institutional and individual investors in New York City last week, receiving very positive feedback. This week, it said Jerry Wang will attend the Global Family Office Investment Summit in Miami, where he will engage in discussions with over 300 family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and investment institutions to expand opportunities for long-term capital partnerships in the U.S.
Jia added that Kerr & Lerr have received their own FF EAI robots and said that when they called, they expressed excitement about unboxing and exploring the robots as young EAI developers. He said the girls will share more about how this generation of AI-natives learns, interacts, and grows with robots.
Faraday Future is a California-based global intelligent company founded in 2014, focused on reshaping the future of mobility through vehicle electrification, intelligent technologies, and AI innovation. Its flagship vehicle, the FF 91, began deliveries in 2023. FF’s second brand, FX, targets the mainstream vehicle market, with its first model, Super One, positioned as a first-class EAI-MPV and deliveries planned to begin in 2026. FF said it recently entered the Embodied AI Robotics business with sales beginning this year.
This press release includes forward-looking statements under the safe harbor provisions of the U.S. Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. FF said these statements involve risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially from those discussed, including risks related to Nasdaq compliance, going concern and liquidity, ability to pay obligations, funding and dilution, robotics demand and competition, supply and regulatory compliance, and other factors described in the company’s SEC filings.
Premium gym chains are entering a “golden era” that is ending or already in decline, as rising operating costs collide with shifting consumer preferences toward more flexible, community-based ways to exercise. Long-term memberships are shrinking, margins are pressured by higher rents and facility expenses, and competition from smaller, more personalized…
