On April 2, 2026, at the headquarters of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, a working delegation from FPT Corporation met with Ninh Binh Province’s leadership to promote cooperation on digital transformation and the development of high-quality human resources in the province.
Attending were Mr. Tran Huy Tuan, a member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, and Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, General Director of FPT Corporation.
During the meeting, FPT leaders discussed cooperation directions with Ninh Binh in the fields of digital transformation and education and training of human resources. FPT’s proposals were assessed as aligned with the province’s green, sustainable development orientation, with the aim of making Ninh Binh a centrally governed city with a heritage-based urban character.
FPT proposed surveying and investing in a system of multi-level FPT schools in the central area (within Ninh Binh Province and the former Nam Định area), linked with vocational training according to enterprise needs. The project is intended to form a modern education ecosystem, with technology as the foundation, to raise the quality of human resources and enable students to access an advanced learning environment locally.
In addition, FPT proposed cooperating with the province in building and operating a data center to support governance and socio-economic development, and to improve the quality of administrative procedures. FPT also indicated it would assist businesses and residents in production and business activities.
The group further proposed supporting Ninh Binh in investment promotion and connecting with international cooperation, particularly in areas where the province has strengths such as high-tech, smart tourism, and clean industry.
In recent years, FPT has cooperated with the Government, provinces, and enterprises nationwide to promote digital transformation. The group has partnered with provinces to implement comprehensive digital transformation in governance, the economy, and society based on data and artificial intelligence. FPT is also developing core technologies to support management and governance, including platforms related to data, to improve decision-making and operational performance for state agencies.
FPT said it is focusing investment in five strategic technology directions: Quantum AI, cybersecurity, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology, data, and rail technology, with the aim of accompanying provinces and contributing to Vietnam’s technology ecosystem.
