Through the HCMC Metro app, passengers can search for and recover lost items while traveling by following a few simple steps on their mobile phones.
Losing belongings on the Metro—especially during peak hours—is common. The HCMC Metro app has added a lost-and-found feature that helps passengers locate items and reclaim them more quickly.
The feature is designed to be used directly in the app, alongside functions such as ticketing and journey tracking.
Passengers can download the app via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Users can log in to the app, including via Google for faster access.
Open the Lost Items section in the feature list and enter details about the item you forgot, such as a wallet, backpack, keys, or similar belongings. The system will display results if your item is being kept.
When a matching entry is found, passengers should go to the station shown in the results—for example, Ben Thanh station or Ba Son station—and contact the management to retrieve their property.
