On May 12, 2026, Hoa Phat Group (HPG, HoSE) announced it will close the shareholder register to receive its 2025 cash dividend at a rate of 5%, equivalent to 500 VND per share. The dividend is scheduled to be paid on June 3, 2026, with total cash payout estimated at more than 3,837.7 billion VND, funded from undistributed after-tax profits from the audited 2025 financial statements.
In addition to the cash dividend, Hoa Phat plans to issue more than 767.5 million new shares as a stock dividend through a rights issue. The rights issue ratio is 100:10, meaning holders of 100 shares will receive 10 new shares. The total par value of the issued shares is about 7,675.5 billion VND, funded from undistributed after-tax profits.
The company expects the issuance to begin in April 2026, subject to the State Securities Commission’s notification of receipt of the full issuance documents. If the stock offering is successful, Hoa Phat’s charter capital would increase from about 76,754.7 billion VND to over 84,430 billion VND.
