Hyperion DeFi, Inc. (NASDAQ: HYPD) said members of senior management will participate in a series of upcoming industry conferences and events, including Digital Asset Yield Summit in Miami and multiple Hyperliquid-focused events in New York and Europe.
Hyperion DeFi said attendees who would like to meet management should email Jassad@hyperiondefi.com.
Hyperion DeFi, Inc. describes itself as the first U.S. publicly listed DeFi company building on Hyperliquid. The company says it provides investors streamlined access to the Hyperliquid ecosystem, which it characterizes as one of the fastest growing and highest revenue-generating blockchains.
Hyperion DeFi said shareholders benefit from compounding exposure to HYPE, the native token of the Hyperliquid blockchain, through staking yield and additional revenues generated from the token’s on-chain utility.
The company also said it is developing its proprietary Optejet User Filled Device, designed to work with a variety of topical ophthalmic liquids, including artificial tears and lens rewetting products. Hyperion DeFi stated the device is intended to be useful in chronic front-of-the-eye diseases due to ease of use, enhanced safety and tolerability, and potential for improved compliance compared with standard eye drops.
Hyperion DeFi included standard forward-looking statement language, noting that statements in the press release that are not historical are forward-looking and involve risks, uncertainties, and assumptions. The company said actual results may differ materially from those expressed or forecasted, and that it does not undertake an obligation to update forward-looking statements except as required by applicable securities laws.
