In April 2026, household businesses must submit their tax declarations by either April 20 or April 30, depending on their annual revenue. If the filing is late, penalties can reach up to 12.5 million dong.
Under Decree 68/2026/NĐ-CP and Circular 18/2026/TT-BTC, the deadlines are as follows:
Late tax filings for household businesses can incur penalties up to 12.5 million dong. Penalties for late filing are governed by Clause 4 of Article 7 and Article 13 of Decree 125/2020 (as amended by Decree 310/2025).
