As Vietnam’s real estate market moves into a more selective phase, professional clients and end buyers are raising their expectations for where they live. Beyond simply finding a residence, they are prioritizing projects that offer convenient connectivity, comprehensive amenities, a high-quality living environment, and a well-integrated community—factors that are increasingly drawing attention to developments designed for long-term housing needs.
In many industrial cities across Asia, the “all-in-one apartment” model is gaining popularity among professionals because it can reduce commuting time and improve day-to-day quality of life. This trend is also emerging in Vietnam’s industrial-port areas, with Phú Mỹ developing into a new hub in the Southeast region.
Ba Ria–Vung Tau province currently has 13 active industrial parks, with more than 600 manufacturing, service, and logistics companies operating—most of them clustered around the Cai Mép – Thị Vải international port area. The port cluster has 35 berths in total, including 22 that are in operation, supporting an estimated annual cargo capacity of about 117.8 million tons and 6.8 million TEUs. The deep-water port system is positioned as a key part of the international logistics chain, helping attract foreign direct investment and a workforce of professionals seeking longer-term roles.
Within Phú Mỹ, large-scale industrial zones such as Phú Mỹ 1 (about 954 hectares) and Phú Mỹ 3 (about 1,046 hectares), together with a coordinated logistics system, are forming a broader production–service chain. Local urban development planning indicates the area’s population could reach around 287,000, supported by the mobility of high-skilled labor. This is expected to underpin demand for quality housing for the professional community.
Maison Grand is designed to respond to real-time housing needs in an industrial-port city through modern apartments with an integrated internal amenities system intended to cover residents’ living, resting, and activity requirements. The project’s living space is planned to balance work and life, with facilities including an Aqua Grand pool, a walking street, an indoor children’s playground, a community activities room, a Grand Kid outdoor playground, and a sculpture garden. The amenities ecosystem is intended to support a dynamic living environment and provide a place for residents to recharge after work.
In addition to internal facilities, the project is positioned near the administrative center of Phú Mỹ, where government offices and urban infrastructure are concentrated. This location is intended to make it easier for residents to access external services and facilities such as shopping centers, education, and healthcare, as well as to manage daily activities. A central location is also expected to help form a stable resident community and cohesive infrastructure.
Maison Grand is gradually nearing completion, with delivery planned for the end of Q2 2026.
Overall, the combination of an all-in-one amenities model, proximity to the administrative center, and connectivity advantages to nearby industrial zones, ports, and the airport is positioned as a way to support an elevated living standard for professionals in Phú Mỹ. With real housing demand rising alongside rapid urbanization, well-planned projects like Maison Grand are presented as suitable for long-term living and for aligning with expected growth in port-city populations.
Premium gym chains are entering a “golden era” that is ending or already in decline, as rising operating costs collide with shifting consumer preferences toward more flexible, community-based ways to exercise. Long-term memberships are shrinking, margins are pressured by higher rents and facility expenses, and competition from smaller, more personalized…
