Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company (MCK: NKG) has submitted an unusual information disclosure to the State Securities Commission (SSC) and the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) regarding changes in senior management.
The filing states that Võ Hoàng Vũ is no longer the general director of NKG. He has been appointed Acting Chairman of the Board for the 2025–2030 term and the person responsible for corporate governance.
It also reports that Nguyễn Vinh An is no longer Deputy General Director. He has been appointed General Director and a member of the Board for the 2025–2030 term. The filing further notes that Mr. An has served as the legal representative of Nam Kim Steel since April 15, 2026.
In a separate development, Nam Kim Steel plans to hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 24 in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to the disclosure, NKG targets revenue of VND 22,000 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 400 billion in 2026, representing increases of 49% and 66%, respectively, compared with 2025.
The company also expects total production in 2026 to reach 1.1 million tonnes.
