OCB Bank (HOSE: OCB) is rolling out a customer appreciation promotion series to mark its 30th anniversary, with multiple programs running through mid-2026.
The centerpiece of the campaign is the “Earn points to redeem concert tickets” program on the OCB OMNI app, running until May 27, 2026. Customers can accumulate points through daily financial activities, including savings deposits, bill payments, card spending, and participation in insurance products.
The points can be redeemed for tickets to Music Concert OSUNFEST or exchanged for other gifts. The program also applies to MSME corporate customers using OCB’s payment solutions.
In addition to the OSUNFEST ticket rewards, OCB is launching a nationwide in-branch promotion for individuals from now through July 7, 2026. The program applies to customers taking loans or opening new term deposits with terms of six months or more.
Under this promotion, customers can receive gifts based on the transaction value and the applicable promotion tier.
OCB recently announced an artist lineup for Music Concert OSUNFEST, including SOOBIN, CHI PU, PHÙNG KHÁNH LINH, UPRIZE, and other acts expected to be revealed. The event is scheduled for June 6, 2026 at Van Phuc City, with a capacity of around 30,000 attendees.
To broaden access for OCB customers and music fans, the bank is also offering exclusive privileges for OCB cardholders purchasing concert tickets on Ticketbox from May 8–10, 2026. Specifically, customers receive an additional 10% discount when using debit cards and 15% when using credit cards.
OCB leadership said: “OCB continually strives to provide customers not only practical financial products and services but also engaging experiences that are close and emotionally rewarding. On the meaningful 30th anniversary milestone, this series of activities is a tribute to customers who have trusted and partnered with the bank on its development journey. The bank said the activities aim to reach more customer groups and create a more lively atmosphere at its branches, while positioning OSUNFEST as an “emotional touchpoint” in the customer appreciation journey.
