OMNIQ Corp. (OTCMKTS: OMQS) reported year-end 2025 revenue of $33 million and said gross profit increased 60% versus year-end 2024. The company also reported a significant reduction in liabilities following focus plans initiated last year.
For the year ended December 31, 2025, gross profit was $9.0 million compared with $5.6 million in 2024, an increase of $3.4 million (about 61%), primarily driven by lower cost of goods sold.
Net loss attributable to common stockholders was $169,000 in 2025 versus $10.0 million in 2024. Basic loss per share was $0.01 in 2025 compared with $0.94 in 2024.
Net revenues were $33 million in 2025 and $34.9 million in 2024, a decrease of 6%, primarily due to fewer deliverables and delays in a significant customer project.
Cost of goods sold was $23.9 million in 2025 and $29.3 million in 2024, representing 73% and 83.9% of revenue, respectively.
In December 2025, OMNIQ raised approximately $950,000, including a $150,000 investment from CEO Shai Lustgarten.
OMNIQ said its 2025 customer activity reflected continued execution across growth markets including healthcare, higher education, transportation, and enterprise campuses. The company cited new customer deployments and expanded installations with existing partners, supporting adoption of its AI solutions across multiple operational environments.
OMNIQ provides patented and proprietary AI technology for machine vision image processing, including data collection, real-time surveillance, and monitoring for supply chain management, homeland security, public safety, traffic and parking management, and access control applications.
The company said its solutions include hardware, software, communications, automated management services, technical services, and support, and that it serves customers including government agencies, healthcare organizations, universities, airports, and municipalities.
OMNIQ stated that its solutions are built with strict privacy and data protection standards, with information processed and stored within secure private networks not accessible to outside sources or unrelated departments. The company said data is used only for authorized operational purposes and not for public tracking, third-party sharing, or external access.
