Mr. Le Huu Bau, husband of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Standing Vice Chairwoman of SeABank’s Board, has filed notices for insider transactions and related-party transactions. He plans to buy 5 million SSB shares to increase his ownership stake. The transaction is expected to take place from May 15, 2026 to June 12, 2026 via agreement and/or order-matching.
Before the transaction, Mr. Bau owned more than 50.6 million SSB shares, equivalent to 1.779% of the bank’s charter capital. If the purchase is completed, his holding would increase to over 55.6 million shares, equivalent to 1.955%.
Separately, Mr. Le Tuan Anh, Ms. Nga’s son, has registered to sell 5 million SSB shares as part of a personal financial restructuring. The sale is also expected to occur from May 15, 2026 to June 12, 2026 via agreement and/or order-matching.
If successful, Mr. Tuan Anh’s stake would decrease from nearly 36.4 million shares to about 31.4 million shares, reducing ownership from 1.278% to 1.102%.
In addition, SeABank has approved a capital-increase plan. The bank will issue 583.8 million shares to pay 2025 dividends, to be implemented in Q2–Q3 2026. SeABank will also issue up to 40 million shares under the 2026 Employee Stock Option Program.
If both issuances are completed, SeABank’s charter capital is expected to increase from VND 28,450 billion to VND 34,688 billion.
