The government has issued eight resolutions aimed at reducing, decentralizing, and simplifying administrative procedures and business conditions under the management of multiple ministries, including a joint resolution led by the Ministry of Justice.
The resolutions cover administrative procedures and business conditions handled by the Ministries of Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Rural Development, Science and Technology, Education and Training, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Health, and Public Security. They also include a joint resolution led by the Ministry of Justice applying to the Ministries of Defense, Internal Affairs, Finance, Construction, Foreign Affairs, Justice, and the State Bank.
The government said it has completed four core targets under Conclusion 18-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee.

The implementation is expected to cut more than 50% of processing time and compliance costs for affected parties compared with 2024, reflecting what the government described as its strongest political commitment to a citizen- and business-centric public administration.
To ensure effectiveness, the government requires ministries and local authorities to focus resources on implementing the new rules, conduct rigorous inspections and oversight, and strictly avoid creating new administrative barriers during the implementation process.
