On April 28, 2026, TTC Hospitality Joint Stock Company (TTC Hospitality, HOSE: VNG) held its 2025 Annual General Meeting, approving key items related to business results, development strategy, and governance for the next phase of growth.
In 2025, TTC Hospitality reported net revenue of VND 759 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 40 billion, up 7% and 3.6% respectively compared with 2024. The company said the travel market remained recovering but volatile, and the results reflect a cautious growth trajectory focused on efficiency and sustainability.
Over the past year, TTC Hospitality accelerated investment and upgrades to its hotel systems, particularly at 4- and 5-star properties, aiming to improve product quality, enhance customer experience, and expand market reach to capture emerging travel trends.
In the luxury segment, TTC Hospitality continued developing distinctive offerings tied to local identity. TTC Imperial Hotel introduced the “Hue Royal Court Experience,” inspired by royal court architecture, while TTC Hotel – Can Tho recreated aspects of the western region and river life within a five-star hotel.
In the mid-range segment, TTC Resort – Ninh Thuan implemented a Cham Pa-inspired style across architecture and service experiences, with the company positioning the direction to help disseminate local cultural values to both domestic and international guests.
As 2026 approaches, TTC Hospitality designated 2026 as a milestone year within its five-year plan for 2026–2030. The company emphasized focusing on core operations, improving operating efficiency, absorbing capacity from new projects, and controlling costs during the initial exploitation phase. It also expects investments made in 2024–2025 to begin generating clearer returns in subsequent years.
In early 2026, TTC Hospitality launched TTC Van Phong Aqua Park, described as the first water park in the Bac Van Phong area (Khánh Hòa). The water park, together with TTC Van Phong Bay Resort and supporting amenities including a phoenix forest, camping area, and a zoo, forms a resort-entertainment complex.
The company also plans openings in 2026, including TTC Lotus Hotel (Phú Quốc) and TTC Trang Bàng Aqua Park (Tây Ninh).
At existing resort destinations, TTC Hospitality continued upgrading guest experiences with additions such as hot air balloon rides, color slides, and zip lines, aiming to deliver a comprehensive Đà Lạt experience at a single site.
For governance, the Board entrusted Ms. Phan Thị Hồng Vân, who has more than 12 years of experience collaborating with TTC Hospitality, to serve as CEO. Mr. Nguyễn Quốc Việt was elected Chairman of the Board, responsible for overseeing strategic direction and long-term development.
The Board also proposed increasing charter capital through a share issuance, with total issuance value estimated at about VND 500 billion. The proceeds are intended to broaden business operations, invest in key projects, and restructure finances to support the next growth stage.
With a disciplined investment approach, prudent restructuring, and a clear long-term development strategy, TTC Hospitality reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable growth and to enhancing enterprise value for shareholders.
Premium gym chains are entering a “golden era” that is ending or already in decline, as rising operating costs collide with shifting consumer preferences toward more flexible, community-based ways to exercise.
