Vincons, a subsidiary of Vingroup, is implementing a large-scale recruitment plan for about 50,000 workers in the construction sector to work across multiple provinces and cities nationwide.
According to the recruitment notice, job sites include Hanoi (Xuan Phuong, Gia Lam, Dong Anh), the area around Trong Dong Stadium (Thuong Tin), Quang Ninh (Ha Long Xanh), Ho Chi Minh City (Can Gio), Da Nang (Lang Van), and Tuyen Quang (Suoi Khoang). The company said workers can start work immediately after completing procedures.
The vacancies cover a wide range of construction trades, including tiling, exterior and interior plastering, drywall, formwork, painting, masonry, rebar, mechanical cutting, concrete, leveling, exterior scaffolding, and waterproofing.
Vincons also accepts unskilled workers and will provide basic training before they begin work.
Compensation is allocated by skill level. Part-time workers earn about 14 million VND per month; entry-level workers receive 16 to 19 million VND; experienced workers earn 22 to 26 million VND; and foremen earn from 32 to 38 million VND per month, with the condition of managing over 15 workers.
The company operates a six-day work week, eight hours per day. Salaries are paid in two installments per month, on the 15th and the last day of the month. Workers are insured under current regulations.
Vincons said it provides on-site housing for workers at the construction site, with dormitories equipped with basic living amenities such as air conditioning, bedding, and essential items.
Vincons was established in 2018 as a 100% subsidiary of Vinhomes, specializing in general contracting for projects invested by Vingroup and Vinhomes. Vinhomes and its parent company Vingroup are implementing large-scale projects nationwide, including urban areas, industrial zones, and transportation infrastructure.
Earlier, at the end of last year, Vincons announced plans to recruit about 100,000 workers. In its development strategy for 2025–2030, Vincons aims to become one of the leading construction general contractors in Vietnam, with a view to expanding operations to the region.
