At the 2026 annual general meeting (AGM), Vingroup (stock ticker VIC) set out ambitious targets for the year, reaffirming its position as Vietnam’s leading private enterprise and a regional champion. The group reported strong results in 2025 despite a volatile global macro environment, including consolidated revenue of VND 331,800 billion, up 76% year-on-year, and after-tax profit of VND 11,100 billion, surpassing its plan. Vingroup’s market capitalization also exceeded VND 1,000 trillion, reflecting the continued expansion of its ecosystem. Internationally, TIME Magazine recognized the group as one of the Top 500 Best Companies in Asia-Pacific 2026.
For 2026, Vingroup aims for a record year by accelerating its core pillars, advancing key projects, and managing resources efficiently. The group targets net revenue of VND 485,000 billion and after-tax profit of around VND 35,000 billion.
In the technology–industrial pillar, VinFast plans to solidify its absolute leadership in Vietnam and accelerate growth in key international markets, gradually building a global EV brand. VinFast targets delivering 300,000 electric cars in 2026, more than 1.5 times the previous year. The company also expects electric motorcycle output to rise at least 2.5 times, approaching about 1 million vehicles. VinFast is also exploring new-generation EVs on a platform designed to optimize performance and production costs.
In real estate, Vinhomes continues to lead the regional market with a strategy to develop mega-cities aligned with ESG sustainability. The approach emphasizes modern transport infrastructure, convenient connectivity, and premium amenities to match real market demand. In tourism and leisure, Vinpearl targets growth by optimizing occupancy, expanding markets, and increasing service packages for visitors. The company is expanding its MICE and wedding center offerings to become a leading regional service provider, with the goal of generating sustainable revenue and strengthening its market position.
Vingroup also highlighted new pillars positioned as long-term growth drivers. Through the groundbreaking of high-speed rail lines Ben Thanh – Can Gio and Hanoi – Quảng Ninh, VinSpeed aims to lead in modern infrastructure development and help shape the future of Vietnam’s railway sector. VinEnergo focuses on renewable energy, carbon credits, energy storage, and building a sustainable energy ecosystem.
Beyond the core pillars, other companies within the Vingroup ecosystem aim to maintain leadership, grow revenue and profits, and focus on product quality, services, and customer experience.
