ACB is rolling out a comprehensive support package valued at 30 million dong for small businesses, combining financial solutions, training, and customer connectivity. The bank said many small firms still run operations manually and without standardization, which can create risks as requirements for transparency and compliance increase.
The financial solution component is worth 10 million dong and was developed by ACB in partnership with FinOne. It is designed to digitize business operations by providing small businesses with free payment acceptance devices, including POS, QR, and related equipment, along with sales software, digital signatures, and 1,000 electronic invoices.
Through the platform, users can issue electronic invoices directly on their phones, connect to the tax system, and complete financial obligations online. The system also integrates sales management, social insurance functions, and digital signatures, aiming to streamline day-to-day operations.
ACB’s package also includes a training component for market development and digital transformation worth 20 million dong. The training covers tools such as TikTok, livestreaming, advertising, and AI to support immediate sales, alongside in-depth tax training intended to help businesses operate in a compliant manner.
Beyond operations and sales enablement, ACB highlighted brand building and market expansion as a long-term challenge for small businesses. Through the ACB Rewards ecosystem, participating businesses can promote products and reach more than nine million customers of the bank. The platform is positioned as a channel to help businesses shorten the time needed to find customers, allowing them to focus more on brand development and sustained growth.
In parallel with operational and market solutions, ACB is implementing an interest-rate discount of 1%, with a total credit limit of up to 5 trillion dong. The bank said the policy is intended to help small businesses manage capital, replenish inventory, and invest in new sales channels.
Mr. Tu Tien Phat, CEO of ACB, said the bank aims to build a long-term support platform rather than providing standalone products. He noted that supporting compliance alone addresses only part of the challenge, while growth requires sufficient tools and platforms to enable small businesses to scale sustainably.
ACB’s small-business package includes:
