ACV (Vietnam Airports Corporation) has announced a recruitment drive for workers to be employed on the Long Thành airport project. Vietnamese citizens with clear backgrounds and good health, at least a high school diploma, and skills in document drafting, report writing and communication are eligible. Age limits are up to 30 or 35 depending on the position. Professional qualifications, language proficiency and certification requirements will be specified for each role.
ACV is recruiting for multiple roles, including aviation safety specialists, safety staff, service quality control specialists, drivers operating ground handling equipment, fire protection staff, and employees responsible for maintenance, repair and operation of technical equipment.

Long Thành airport is a national-priority project covering an area of about 5,000 hectares in Đồng Nai. The project is designed to handle 100 million passengers and 5 million tonnes of cargo annually, implemented across three phases.
For Phase 1, completion and operation are expected by the end of 2026. The airport will require nearly 14,000 workers across various disciplines. The largest demand is in aviation services, with more than 8,900 workers, followed by airport operations, air traffic management, air transport, and airport services.
