Saigon Food Export Agricultural Joint Stock Company (Agrex, ticker AGX) reported continued growth in its audited consolidated annual results for 2025. Net revenue from sales of goods and services reached approximately 1,988 billion VND in 2025, up about 26.8% from 1,568 billion VND in 2024.
Profitability also improved. By the end of 2025, pre-tax profit was nearly 627 billion VND. Net profit reached more than 523 billion VND, up about 52% compared with 2023. On average, the company generated more than 1.43 billion VND in net profit per day during the year.
Earnings per share (EPS) in 2025 rose to 48,433 VND per share, up sharply from 31,265 VND per share in the previous year. With this performance, Agrex was positioned among the top-listed companies on the stock exchange by net income per share.
Total assets as of 31/12/2025 exceeded 1,701 billion VND, increasing strongly from 1,201 billion VND at the start of the year.
Agrex was established in 1976 and operates mainly in the production and processing of foods, along with the rental of offices and warehouses. Products contributing significant revenue include dumplings, xiu mai, sui cao, hoành thanh, cha gio, and other staple items.
Ownership is highly concentrated. By end-2025, major shareholders included VF Development Co Ltd (24.54%), An Long Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (23.05%), Saigon Investment and Trading Co Ltd (19.09%), and Saigon Trading Corporation - Ho Chi Minh City (18.33%). Other shareholders collectively accounted for less than 15%.
Recently, the Board approved a resolution to extend the time to hold the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to June 2026.
