ESG and “green” finance are central to Agribank’s long-term strategy. The bank incorporates environmental and social risk management into credit decisions and prioritizes projects in green agriculture, sustainable forestry, renewable energy, and the circular economy. By end-September 2025, green credit outstanding exceeded VND 28,300 billion.
Agribank has also rolled out large-scale credit programs for key sectors and green projects, and participates in major national initiatives, including green agriculture programs in the Mekong Delta.
