Agribank Securities (Agriseco, ticker AGR) recently notified the State Securities Commission (UBCKNN), the Vietnam Securities Depository and HoSE about a personnel change. Agriseco will dismiss the position of Chief Executive Officer Le Son Tung from April 24, 2026 in accordance with his request to resign from the positions. Mr Le Son Tung is responsible for handing over all work, documents (data up to April 23, 2026) related to the CEO position to the executive management team in accordance with the law and internal company rules. Also related to personnel, Agriseco appointed Mr Nguyen Hoang Tung – Director of the Southern Branch, to the position of Deputy CEO and Director of the Southern Branch. The appointment term is five years, starting April 1, 2026. Agriseco was established in 2000 and is one of the first securities companies in Vietnam. The founding shareholder is Agribank. Currently the sales network and service provision of Agriseco covers more than 220 service points nationwide. In terms of business performance, securities activities such as brokerage and dealing have grown well, helping total revenue and other income in Q1 2026 for AGR reach nearly 145.4 billion VND, up 38.3% year-on-year. Total costs and other expenses for the period stood at more than 90.8 billion VND, up 94.2% YoY.
