On 21 April, the State Securities Inspectorate issued an administrative penalties decision against D11 Real Estate JSC (D11) in the securities and stock market domain.
D11 was fined 55 million VND for publishing information not on time on the Hanoi Stock Exchange’s official information portal regarding its 2024 annual report.
The company was also fined 112.5 million VND for failing to ensure the structure and number of independent directors on its board.
D11 Real Estate JSC, formerly District 11 Housing Management and Development Company, was established in 1989. The company operates primarily in construction, residential and office real estate development, as well as building materials and equipment.
D11 has operated as a joint-stock company since 2004 and has been listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange since February 25, 2011.
