According to a report submitted to the State Securities Commission and the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, Mr. Dang Van Lam executed a transaction that changed his ownership stake in Dệt May 7 Joint Stock Company (ticker: DM7). On March 25, 2026, Lam transferred all 2 million DM7 shares, equivalent to 12.98% of the company’s charter capital. After the transaction, he no longer held any DM7 shares and officially ceased to be a major shareholder.
Based on the closing DM7 price of 19,600 VND per share on March 25, Lam’s divestment generated approximately 39.2 billion VND.
From March 25 to March 30, 2026, a group of individuals connected to Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Hong—an DM7 Board member and Deputy General Director—conducted a series of large-volume trades.
After the trades, the Hong family group owned 4.2 million shares, representing about 28% of DM7’s charter capital.
The largest shareholder of DM7 holds 51% of the charter capital: Dong Hai Company Limited, a defense and security enterprise under the Military Region 7 Command.
In 2025, DM7 reported net revenue of more than 741 billion VND, down about 14.6% year-on-year. Pretax profit was 68.7 billion VND. Net profit reached approximately 55 billion VND, up 0.5% compared with 2024.
