DatVietVAC’s current revenue structure is split roughly evenly between IP asset exploitation and advertising services.
Management said it intends to expand its IP-based content model beyond traditional television, including live events and merchandise. The company also manages around 100 artists, which it said supports substantial direct-to-consumer cash flow.
DatVietVAC aims to grow revenue to 5,000 billion VND by 2030, equivalent to an expected compound annual growth rate of about 15%.
The group plans an IPO in 2026, with proceeds intended to fund direct content distribution platforms and broaden overseas market share.
DatVietVAC cited a Vietnamese media market forecast of about USD 2.4 billion in 2026 as a supportive backdrop for its expansion plans.
