GELEX Joint Stock Corporation (HoSE: GEX) will close the shareholder list on May 6 to exercise rights to receive 2025 dividends in the form of shares and to receive bonus shares.
Under the plan, GELEX expects to issue more than 225.5 million shares as dividends at a rate of 25% (for every 4 existing shares, a shareholder will receive 1 new share).
In addition, GELEX will issue more than 180.4 million bonus shares at a rate of 20% (for every 5 shares, a shareholder will receive 1 new share).
The total issuance ratio is 45%.
After the issuance, GELEX’s charter capital is expected to rise from VND 9,023 billion to VND 13,084 billion.
The capital increase is being implemented as GELEX moves into a phase of investment expansion aligned with the company’s development strategy across four pillars: high-tech industry, infrastructure, real estate, and finance.
These sectors are described as having long-term growth potential and being central to the economy in the coming years, aligned with GELEX’s capabilities.
For 2026, GELEX targets consolidated net revenue of VND 44,712 billion, maintaining double-digit growth in core areas. Pretax profit is expected to reach VND 3,615 billion.
