Greenfeed posts higher net profit after tax in 2025. According to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) filing, Greenfeed recorded solid business growth in 2025, with pre-tax profit of VND 4,594 billion, up 78% from 2024, and net profit after tax of VND 3,657 billion, up 74%. The company's earnings momentum began in the first half of 2025, with net profit after tax of VND 1,715 billion, up 152% year-on-year, a trend sustained through year-end. In line with scale, profitability improved as indicated by ROA rising from 18.96% to 22.72%, and ROE increasing from 34.87% to 39.63%—among the higher levels in the agriculture-food sector. The company continued to strengthen its liquidity. The short-term liquidity ratio increased from 1.70x to 1.97x, and interest coverage rose from 22x to nearly 40x. This demonstrates the company's stable financial health and good debt management. Notably, Greenfeed expanded its charter capital by 240% in 2025, from VND 1,507 billion to VND 5,125 billion. Consequently, equity rose to VND 9,228 billion, up 53% from the end of 2024. The capital structure shifted toward safer and more sustainable levels, with the debt-to-assets ratio falling from 0.46x to 0.43x. Over the year, the founder of the 3F Plus chain intensified R&D and continually expanded the product portfolio. In the animal feed and veterinary segments, Greenfeed launched more than 14 animal feed products and 10 veterinary products. The company also successfully applied improved formulations to pangasius feed, reducing product cost while maintaining market-leading quality. Notably, Greenfeed is advancing its digital transformation with the DigiSales platform for business performance management. This platform standardizes data and optimizes sales and marketing activities to improve efficiency across the system. DigiSales digitalizes the entire sales and marketing process, integrates in-depth data analytics to support rapid decision-making, and connects with existing systems and a Data Warehouse to enable real-time data access. In the livestock sector, Greenfeed aims to develop smart farming via the DigiFarm platform. This is a comprehensive system for farm operations and animal productivity, helping farm owners and technicians transition from manual management to digital data, improving operational efficiency, especially in the dairy herd.
