HEALWELL AI Inc. (TSX: AIDX) (OTCQX: HWAIF) has appointed Brad Porter to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. The healthcare artificial intelligence company, focused on preventative care, said Porter will bring extensive experience in finance, commercial leadership, and global healthcare technology.
Brad Porter is Chief Commercial Officer of HEALWELL and CEO of Orion Health. The company said he has more than 15 years of experience across finance and commercial leadership, and is a Chartered Accountant by training. Prior to his current roles, Porter held senior commercial positions at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare and led Orion Health as CEO, driving innovation in health data platforms and AI-enabled care.
At HEALWELL, Porter oversees group-wide commercial strategy, revenue growth, and go-to-market alignment, with a focus on public sector opportunities and government contracts.
HEALWELL also announced that Ian McCrae has stepped down from the Board to focus on other ventures following the successful integration of Orion Health into HEALWELL. The company said McCrae founded Orion Health and built it over more than three decades into a global health information technology company operating across 12 countries.
