Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced that on May 15, 2026, it will delist the shares of AAV Group JSC (AAV). A total of 68,987,661 AAV shares will be delisted on HNX on May 15, 2026, with the last trading day on the exchange on May 14, 2026. The delisting is due to the business operations of AAV Group JSC (as determined by the after‑tax profit indicator of the parent company on the audited consolidated financial statements) recording losses for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, 2025). It falls under mandatory delisting under point e of paragraph 1, Article 120 of Government Decree 155/2020/ND-CP (as amended). According to information disclosed by the company, AAV recorded after‑tax losses for 2023–2025 of ‑17.3 billion; ‑15.75 billion; and about ‑21 billion dong; the parent company’s after‑tax profit for 2023–2025 was ‑16.93 billion; ‑15.68 billion; and ‑21.47 billion dong. The reason is that the real estate and finance‑credit markets faced significant difficulties, liquidity tightened, and these conditions directly affected sales progress and revenue recognition. AAV Group is a multi‑sector enterprise founded in April 2010, headquartered at Viet Tien Son Office Building, Eastern block of Yen Kieu Street, Cong Hoa Ward, Chi Linh town, Hai Duong province. Since its establishment, the company has emphasized real estate as its core business, implementing projects such as a shopping center in Sao Do Ward, Chi Linh town; East Yen Kieu residential area; a residential and multi‑purpose complex near Au Co Eco Park in Hai Duong city; and the urban residential cluster in Ngoc Chau Ward, Hai Duong city. In the future, the company plans to proceed with several other major real estate projects including Con Son Resort area in Cong Hoa ward, Chi Linh town; East Yen Kieu residential area along Tran Hung Dao Street; Hoa Lac Vien cemetery park in Chi Linh; and other urban residential, hotel, office, and serviced apartment projects for foreign tenants in Hai Duong city. In addition, HNX announced several stocks entering the watch/listed‑warning list such as HEV, IDJ, ECI, API, BNA and continued to maintain watch statuses for DDG and GKM, among others. The stock market warmings and notices accompanied the delisting news."},
