On April 20, the Hung Yen Province Police posted a list of 67 vehicles violating the Road Traffic Order and Safety Law and facing penalties under Decree 168.
The list includes 6 cases of red-light violations recorded by surveillance cameras.
One vehicle with plate 89A-323.11 was also cited for ignoring directions from a traffic controller and driving the wrong way on a road marked with a “no entry” sign.
In addition, patrols detected 60 speeding violations, comprising 30 cars and 30 motorbikes.

The police said each violation carries a risk of traffic accidents. They urged organizations and individuals with vehicles on the list to contact the Traffic Police Department of Hung Yen Provincial Police to resolve penalties under Decree 168.
