In O Chợ Dừa ward, police continue issuing citizen identity cards and digital identity accounts to serve residents on weekends. Officers guide citizens to complete dossiers, receive and process procedures quickly and in line with established processes, and support residents in using online public services to reduce the need for repeated trips.
In Đại Mỗ ward, police guide each child to have fingerprints taken and portrait photos as part of the documentation process.
In Hai Bà Trưng ward, police promote the issuance of electronic identification cards for children under 14.
From May 7, 2026 to May 10, 2026, Hai Bà Trưng ward police organized reception, guidance, and support for issuing level 2 electronic identification accounts for children under 14 at the unit’s headquarters at 33 Huong Viên Street.
The unit arranged three time slots to accommodate parents and children outside school hours and working hours:
Officers and soldiers in Hai Bà Trưng ward worked continuously in three shifts per day, providing step-by-step guidance for declarations, information integration, and registration of level 2 electronic identification accounts for citizens.
To help children feel comfortable while waiting, the unit also arranged a temporary entertainment area with cartoons and children’s content to reduce stress.
