Norges Bank, a Dragon Capital member fund, announced that on June 5, 2026 it purchased 150,000 shares of TNG, lifting its stake to more than 6.5 million shares (5.0857%) and making it a major shareholder of TNG, the Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.
Norges Bank is part of Dragon Capital’s external investment group. Another Dragon Capital member fund, Gates Foundation Trust, also holds 750,000 TNG shares (0.5826%). In total, these foreign funds hold nearly 7.3 million TNG shares, representing about 5.7% of the company.
Separately, related to TNG trading, on May 15, 2026 Forum One - VinaCapital Vietnam Fund (a VinaCapital fund) bought 100,000 TNG shares, increasing its ownership from 1.6416% to 1.7193% of capital. Four other VinaCapital funds together hold more than 4.2 million shares (3.2972%).
After these transactions, the VinaCapital group owns nearly 6.5 million shares, equivalent to about 5.0165% of capital, and remains a major shareholder of TNG.
TNG’s Q1 2026 financial report shows net revenue of nearly VND 1,952 billion, up 29.2% year-on-year. After taxes and charges, net profit was about VND 60.3 billion, up 39.3%.
For 2026, TNG plans revenue of VND 9,500 billion and after-tax profit of about VND 450 billion. By the end of Q1 2026, the company had achieved 20.5% of its revenue target and 13.4% of its profit target.
As of March 31, 2026, TNG’s total assets were roughly VND 7,496.6 billion, up 8.5% from the start of the year. Inventory stood at around VND 1,805.3 billion, accounting for 24.1% of total assets.
On the liabilities side, total liabilities were about VND 5,498.3 billion, up 12% from year-start. Borrowings and financial lease liabilities totaled over VND 4,271.3 billion, or 77.7% of total liabilities.
Coinbase has launched a High Yield USDC vault within its in-app DeFi lending offering, adding a second lending option that provides exposure to a wider range of collateral assets. The product is powered by Morpho infrastructure and uses vault allocations curated by Steakhouse Financial.
