Excluding the effects of goodwill amortization and asset revaluation, NPAT reached 993 billion dong. Total assets rose to 52,231 billion dong, up 80.19%, while equity increased to 17,942 billion dong, up 55.33%.
The main driver was the Mobility ecosystem, which continued to be a key pillar. Revenue from the Mobility ecosystem reached 38,048 billion dong.
Within Mobility, the Tasco Auto vehicle distribution segment generated revenue of 37,375 billion dong, with 37,639 vehicles sold. The segment captured a 14.2% market share per VAMA. Tasco also expanded its network to more than 220 points nationwide, including 150 showrooms and more than 70 service workshops.
In the digital infrastructure segment, VETC recorded revenue of 666 billion dong, up 35%. VETC maintained a 75% market share of toll-free non-stop collection, serving 4.3 million customers.
The processing system handled an average of 1.8 million transactions per day, peaking at 2.3 million transactions, equivalent to over 700 million transactions for the year.
The insurance segment delivered strong growth, with total premiums of 1,564 billion dong, up 141%. This corresponded to more than 1 million contracts in the year, placing Tasco among the top 7 players in motor vehicle insurance market share.
Lending for car purchases exceeded 5,000 billion dong, reflecting the company’s expansion into accompanying financial services.
The investment segment began contributing more noticeably as DNP Holding, consolidated since late 2025, generated over 1,171 billion dong in revenue.
In addition, the two resorts—Six Senses Ninh Van Bay and Ana Mandara Dalat—achieved 467 billion dong in revenue, with gross profit over 282 billion dong, up 19% year-on-year.
In real estate, Tasco began the Việt Trì Legacy Lakeside project (17.3 ha). The company also continued finalizing legal frameworks for major projects including Chi Đông – Me Linh (40 ha) and Xuan Phuong (31.4 ha), preparing for the next growth phase.
For 2026, Tasco set a target of consolidated revenue at 54,918 billion dong. Pretax profit is projected at 1,599 billion dong if goodwill amortization is not accounted for, or 1,083 billion dong if amortization is accounted for.
The 2026 strategy focuses on deepening the ecosystem with technology at its core. Tasco plans to launch the Tasco Mobility digital platform, integrating data from showrooms, service workshops, insurance, finance, and other digital utilities to optimize operations and personalize customer experience.
In parallel, Tasco will continue expanding the Mobility value chain, implementing a domestic assembly project, and developing after-sales and financial services to enhance customer value throughout the vehicle lifecycle. The insurance, finance, and investment service segments are also identified as growth engines for the near term.
The 2025 results indicate Tasco has completed an important step in building a multi-sector ecosystem platform, which the company views as a foundation to shift from an expansion phase to growth driven by efficiency and deeper exploitation in 2026 and beyond.
