Vinhomes has announced its audited consolidated financial statements for 2025. According to the audited consolidated financial statements for 2025 of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (ticker: VHM), net revenue reached VND 153,271 billion, up 50% from VND 102,323 billion in the prior year. Net profit reached VND 43,335 billion, up significantly from VND 35,073 billion in 2024. Revenue from real estate transfers mainly contributed VND 108,597 billion, with construction services, turnkey contracting and management also contributing significantly to total revenue. Vinhomes continues to implement and hand over at numerous flagship projects such as Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 & 3, Vinhomes Grand Park, Vinhomes Golden City and new projects such as Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long, Cam Ranh Bay coastal urban area. Notably, the report also reveals the remuneration paid to members of the Board of Directors and the Management Board of the company. Specifically, Vinhomes paid nearly VND 20 billion in remuneration to key managerial members, up nearly VND 3 billion from last year. However, the remuneration of the Chief Executive Officer declined sharply from VND 47.5 billion to VND 44.9 billion. Mr Pham Thieu Hoa - Chairman of the Board received about VND 9.7 billion in 2025, up about VND 3 billion from last year. On average, he earns from Vinhomes around VND 810 million per month. Meanwhile, Ms Nguyen Dieu Linh received about VND 3.2 billion, up slightly from the previous year. Other Board members’ remuneration in 2025 ranged from VND 1.2 to VND 1.5 billion. The CEO Nguyen Thu Hang's remuneration declined sharply from VND 17.8 billion to VND 12.1 billion. In addition, Ms Hang also received VND 1.5 billion as a Board member.
