Vinhomes starts infrastructure development for Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park in Hai An, Haiphong

On May 14, 2026, Vinhomes Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company inaugurated the infrastructure development project for Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park in Hai An ward, Haiphong city. Upon completion, the project will add high-quality industrial land, expand the space for industrial–logistics development, and reinforce the city’s position as a leading industrial–logistics hub in the North. The groundbreaking event for the Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park infrastructure development project is part of a series of groundbreaking and inauguration activities to celebrate major holidays in April and May and the Red Phoenix Festival – Hai Phong 2026. The program was honored to welcome the presence of Haiphong city leaders along with leaders from the relevant departments, the management board of the economic zone, and local authorities. The Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park lies within the Dinh Vu–Cat Hai economic zone, Hai An ward, offering a strategic location with integrated connectivity to five transport modes: road, sea, river, air, and rail. Specifically, the project adjoins Lach Huyen port—the North’s only international port—allowing 10–15 minutes to Cat Bi International Airport, under 10 minutes to the Hanoi–Hai Phong–Quang Ninh Expressway, and easy access to the city center. The project spans more than 200 hectares and is developed under a high-tech industrial park model, prioritizing modern, value-added, environmentally friendly manufacturing sectors. This orientation aligns with the sustainable, green industrial development strategy for Haiphong and the Northeast region. When operational, Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park will provide modern, safe infrastructure to meet investment and operation needs of domestic and international manufacturers, while creating high-quality employment for tens of thousands of workers and helping attract high-caliber human resources to the city.
