Ms. Vương Bửu Linh, a member of KIDO Group’s Board of Directors and wife of Tran Kim Thanh, Chairman of KIDO Group (KDC), has registered to purchase 2 million KDC shares. The transaction is expected to be executed either on the open market or via a negotiated deal between April 24 and May 23, 2026, for personal investment purposes.
If the purchase is completed, Linh’s stake in Tập đoàn KIDO would increase from 2,797,229 shares (0.965%) to 4,797,229 shares (1.66%) of KDC’s capital.
In KDC’s 2025 annual report, Ms. Linh is described as a co-founder, a member of the Board of Directors, and the Group’s Deputy CEO.
Separately, KDC announced the postponement of its shareholders meeting from May 21 to May 28, 2026. The meeting is scheduled to take place at the Riverside Conference Center, 360D Ben Van Don, Vinh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Based on audited 2025 financial statements, KIDO Group reported net revenue of VND 9,055 billion, up 8.8% year-on-year. Pre-tax profit was nearly VND 727 billion, up 593% year-on-year. Net profit after tax reached over VND 587 billion, up 778.5% year-on-year.
In its explanation of the results, KDC said the year included restructuring of investments and partial divestment of stakes in associates. These actions supported higher revenue and financial income, alongside increased profit from joint ventures and associates compared with the prior year.
For 2026, KDC targets revenue of VND 12,000 billion and net profit after tax of VND 700 billion.
