On 20 April, Ms. Vuong Buu Linh, a member of the Board of Directors of KIDO Group (HOSE: KDC), registered to buy 2 million KDC shares. Ms. Linh, born in 1965, is also the wife of KIDO Group Chairman Tran Kim Thanh.
Ms. Linh is known as one of the founding members and the chief architect involved in implementing the ERP system at KIDO Group.
The transaction is expected to be conducted via open order or negotiated from 24 April to 23 May for personal investment purposes. If the purchase is completed in full, her ownership in KIDO Group would increase from 0.97% to 1.66%.
The registration comes as KDC has shown a relatively weak trading pattern recently. In 2026, the stock has fallen 5.3% as of the close on 20 April. The current price of 48,100 dong per share is the lowest since May 2022.
