After more than 15 years in Vietnam, Austrian kitchen and interior fittings brand Blum has officially upgraded its product experience space and launched the Blum Experience Center Ho Chi Minh City. The nearly 600 m² venue is presented as a “house of inspirations” for homeowners and interior designers.
Positioned as more than a traditional showroom, the center follows the theme “Your Home of Inspirations” and introduces new approaches to living spaces. It highlights accessory solutions, ways to organize movement within the home, and inspiration drawn from color, materials, and subtle decorative details.
The design encourages visitors to interact directly with the space and products. By closing, opening, touching, and pressing on cabinet systems, users can observe how accessory solutions work in real life and gather ideas to create and decorate living spaces that fit their own needs.
Blum’s interior hardware—such as hinges, slides, and lift systems—aims to translate technical functionality into a tangible experience, with smooth, streamlined movement intended to support a more comfortable living environment.
The Blum Experience Center Ho Chi Minh City is divided into six zones, designed as a seamless experiential journey. Visitors can explore the brand story, interior hardware solutions, and how they are applied across different living contexts.
The centerpiece is the Product LIFE display area, where Blum’s interior hardware solutions are shown in real-life settings, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms.
The center also features a modern island kitchen that demonstrates real-world applications of Blum’s latest interior hardware solutions. The kitchen is organized with a smart flow, incorporating solutions such as REVEGO pull-out doors and LEGRABOX drawer slides. The layout is intended to support smooth opening and closing actions, neatly arranged drawers, and a more convenient, comfortable user experience.
Blum Experience Center is built around the concept “The Harmony - The Color Balance,” combining global and local elements to create a multi-sensory experience. Alongside cabinetry, the space uses colors and materials consistent with Blum’s Experience Center system worldwide.
It also incorporates familiar Vietnamese cultural elements, including rattan, Lai Thiêu ceramics, brass wares, and everyday kitchen items—creating an environment described as European in feel while remaining close to Vietnamese daily habits.
More than a decade after Blum’s first showroom appeared in Ho Chi Minh City, the nearly 600 m² Blum Experience Center marks a new milestone for the Austrian kitchen and interior hardware brand in Vietnam and reflects its commitment to supporting the domestic interior industry.
“We see Blum Experience Center Ho Chi Minh City as the embodiment of the 'Your Home of Inspirations' concept, a space where quality, functionality, and refined design harmonize to spark new ideas — ‘Oranges Idea’. It also invites everyone to explore, interact, and truly experience the sense of what quality interior hardware solutions bring to daily life,” said Philipp Blum, CEO of the Blum Group globally.
The opening event on 10 April included experiential activities combining technology, design inspiration, and artistic experiences. Through the on-site journey, visitors are able to better understand how interior hardware contributes to comfort in everyday living spaces.
