Taseco Land (Taseco Land, TAL, HOSE: TAL) has approved a plan to participate in a capital contribution to establish Phuc An Industrial Infrastructure Investment JSC.
The new company is expected to be based at Lot SH11 - HH3 in the urban area of the southern urban area, Tan Tiến ward, Bac Ninh Province. Phuc An Industrial Infrastructure Investment JSC will have charter capital of 250 billion VND.
Taseco Land is expected to contribute 125 billion VND, representing 50% ownership. The contributed capital will be sourced from the company’s operating capital, with a capital contribution period of 90 days from the date the new company is issued with a business registration certificate by the competent state agency, in accordance with applicable law.
Taseco Land also appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Nghia as the authorized representative to manage the entire contributed capital, with a five-year authorization period starting from April 13, 2026.
Separately, Taseco Land recently approved the dissolution of Taseco Hai Phong JSC (address at ...). The reason for dissolution is that the company no longer requires ongoing business.
Taseco Land authorized Mr. Vu Quoc Huy, the authorized representative of the company, to participate in and vote on matters at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) in 2026 for Taseco Hai Phong based on the content approved above.
As of December 31, 2025, Taseco Hai Phong is a subsidiary of Taseco Land, with ownership and voting rights of 97.56%. The subsidiary mainly operates in real estate, land-use rights held by the owner, and leasing.
In another development, Mr Le Duc Long, an independent member of Taseco Land’s Board, has registered to buy 155,000 TAL shares for personal reasons.
The transaction is expected to take place from April 13, 2026 to May 12, 2026. If the trade succeeds, Mr Long’s holdings will increase from 195,000 shares (0.054%) to 350,000 shares (0.097%).
