Today, Bình Sơn Refinery and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) held the 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders in Ho Chi Minh City. The meeting reviewed 2025 business results, approved the 2026 plan and development direction. To thank attendees, BSR gave each person a Urbox voucher worth 500,000 dong. The voucher can be used to redeem gifts or pay at many brands across food and beverage, shopping, fashion, cosmetics, and supermarkets. For 2026 business plan, BSR targets consolidated revenue of over 154,140 billion dong and after-tax profit of 2,162 billion dong, up 25% and down 58% respectively versus 2025. The company aims to pay nearly 12,600 billion dong to the state. In terms of production, the company plans to produce nearly 7.8 million tons of products and consume over 7.7 million tons, mainly gasoline E5 RON 92 and E10 RON95 together with diesel DO. BSR also said it will strive to expand additional revenue activities beyond traditional refining to help achieve at least 10% revenue growth against 2025. BSR will focus on safe, stable, continuous and efficient plant operation at an optimized capacity and product mix; reduce costs and improve asset utilization; target average operating capacity in 2026 above 126.4% of the plant's designed capacity to raise output and revenue to offset revenue shortfalls from lower crude oil prices. Additionally, the board proposed renaming the enterprise from CTCP Lọc hoá dầu Bình Sơn to Cong ty co phan – Tong Cong ty Loc hoa dau Viet Nam. The timing will be determined by the board, based on practical conditions and related regulations. Regarding profit distribution, BSR plans to spend about 1,500 billion dong on cash dividends, corresponding to 3% (300 dong per share). After setting up development and bonus funds, remaining profit would total about 2,924 billion dong. Earlier, at a meeting with MIPECO, Bình Sơn refinery revealed Q1/2026 production of over 2.03 million tons and revenue of over 41,278 billion dong, up 28% year-on-year. In the market, BSR shares opened at 27,500 dong per share on 13/4, giving a market capitalization of about 134,000 billion dong (~5 billion USD).
