Actor Chi Bảo has been collaborating with Novaland since 2022, acting as a co-investor and the legal representative for a joint venture. On April 22, in Nam Ban commune, Lâm Hà district, Lâm Đồng province, the Nam Ban Lâm Hà People’s Committee and several provincial agencies hosted a meeting with Novaland Investment Group JSC to discuss investment attraction and planning directions for the area. Notably, Chi Bảo joined Novaland’s delegation as the head of the group. During the meeting, Mr. Phạm Gia Chi Bảo, representing Novaland, proposed a mixed-use urban development for Nam Ban and the expansion of the Liên Khương–Prenn expressway, with an estimated scale of 5,000–7,000 hectares in Nam Ban Lâm Hà. The smart urban area (Nam Ban Lâm Hà) would support the locality by expanding cross-regional transport links and applying modern management models to ease urbanization pressures on central Da Lat. A multi-functional resort and tourism complex (Hiệp Thạnh) with functions such as a golf course, film studio, and entertainment complex; a multi-sport complex; a retirement village and a 4–5-star international hotel; as well as an innovation center applying scientific and technical advances were also proposed. For the Nam Ban Lâm Hà development orientation, Novaland proposed two communes to be endorsed by authorities and reported to the provincial government for inclusion in the provincial planning to provide a legal basis for investment. Beyond Novaland Đất Tâm, Chi Bảo has long been tied to related Novaland entities. Since 2022, he has served as general director and legal representative at Novaland Đất Tâm Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd., a joint venture in which Novaland holds 51% and Dat Tam’s company holds 49%. In early 2025 this venture reduced its charter capital from VND 100 billion to VND 100 million to adjust ownership as part of the group’s restructuring, but he remained in the leadership. His involvement in the Novaland ecosystem extends beyond real estate into social and education projects. He remains the legal representative of several companies, including Hiểu về Trái Tim Education, and participates in resort projects in Con Dao, Tà Đùng Lake, and Lak Lake. Observers say his presence at Novaland reflects a combination of personal credibility from philanthropic work and the group’s development direction in resort real estate. In addition to Novaland Đất Tâm, he also represents or participates in several enterprises such as Chi Bảo Co., Đất Tâm Co., Đầu tư Đất Tâm Co., Du lịch Hiểu về Trái tim, Du lịch nghỉ dưỡng Hồ Lắk, Du lịch nghỉ dưỡng Thiền Chư Yang Sin, Zorba X, and Nghỉ dưỡng và Sân Golf Tà Đùng. Chi Bảo’s full name is Phạm Gia Chi Bảo, born in 1973. He rose to prominence with handsome looks on Vietnamese television in the 1990s, famous for works such as Những đứa con thành phố and Đồng tiền xương máu. In the 2000s he continued with Người đàn bà yếu đuối, Lục Vân Tiên, Cô gái xấu xí. Chi Bảo began transitioning to business in 2003 with Công ty TNHH Thương hiệu, before expanding into real estate from 2017.
