On the morning of May 6, the Vietbuild Da Nang 2026 International Exhibition officially opened at the Da Nang Exhibition and Fair Center, with the participation of Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh and Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People’s Committee Le Quang Nam, along with representatives from ministries, localities and domestic and foreign enterprises.
According to the organizers, this year’s exhibition attracted about 220 enterprises with nearly 1,000 booths, showcasing a broad range of products and new technologies across construction, building materials, real estate, and interior and exterior decoration.
In his remarks at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh said Vietbuild is a large-scale annual trade promotion activity of the construction sector, helping enterprises promote products, expand markets and promote investment cooperation.
Vice Chairman Le Quang Nam highlighted the exhibition’s role in connecting enterprises, promoting the construction-real estate market, and creating conditions for Da Nang to access new technological solutions to serve urban development.
The exhibition runs from May 6 to 10, 2026. Organizers described it as one of the major sector-specific trade promotion activities in the Central and Central Highlands region, expected to draw significant attention from enterprises and visitors.
The organizers noted that the concentration of enterprises and booths helps Vietbuild remain an important meeting place for the regional construction industry, supporting supply-demand connectivity, technology transfer and business cooperation opportunities.
They also pointed to signs of recovery in Da Nang’s real estate market, alongside rising demand for construction investment, project completion and infrastructure upgrading—areas where specialized exhibitions like Vietbuild are increasingly important for providing materials, technology and equipment aligned with market trends.
The article said growth in construction activity is driven not only by housing and urban projects, but also by needs related to tourism, services and industrial infrastructure. This, in turn, raises requirements for construction quality, energy efficiency and sustainability.
In this context, Vietbuild is presented as both a trade promotion channel and a market-shaping platform, enabling businesses and investors to access green materials, energy-saving technologies and modern construction solutions—supporting improvements in urban development quality and reinforcing Da Nang’s role as a regional construction-real estate hub in the coming period.
