The Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has decided to impose disciplinary measures by expulsion from the Party for Mr. Pham Dinh Tuong, former secretary of the Party Committee of Buon Ja Wam Forestry Company Limited (Buon Ja Wam Forestry Company), former director of Buon Ja Wam Forest Farm (under Buon Ja Wam Forestry Company Limited). Mr. Tran Minh Thang, former secretary of the cell, director of the Dak Lak branch of Vietnam Coffee Corporation – One Member Limited Liability Company. Mr. Huynh Le Minh Khai, official at the Office of the People’s Council and People’s Committee of Tay Hoa commune, former deputy director of the Tay Hoa district Land Fund Development Center (old). According to UBKT of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, the three named party members violated Party regulations and state law in performing their duties; causing very serious consequences, damaging the prestige of the party organization and local authorities, agencies, and units to such an extent that disciplinary action was required. Pursuant to party regulations, UBKT Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee decided to impose disciplinary action by expulsion from the Party for Pham Dinh Tuong, Tran Minh Thang, and Huynh Le Minh Khai.
