CTCP Công trình Giao thông Đồng Nai (UPCoM: DGT) has announced a leadership reshuffle following resignations from the company’s top executive and members of its Supervisory Board. The changes are set to be processed through resolutions and approvals ahead of the 2026 annual general meeting (AGM).
On April 10, 2026, the Board of Directors (HĐQT) of DGT received the resignation letter from Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong, who currently serves as a Board member, Chief Executive Officer, and legal representative.
Mr. Phong stated that his departure is due to personal reasons. The termination of his roles as Chief Executive Officer and legal representative will take effect when the Board of Directors passes the relevant resolution. His position as a Board member will officially end after the 2026 AGM approves the dismissal.
Also on April 10, DGT’s Supervisory Board saw two resignations for the 2023–2028 term. Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Huyen and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Linh submitted their resignations due to personal workload and their inability to continue in their roles. The resignations will take effect after the AGM approves them.
To fill the vacancies, DGT has published a list of candidates to stand for the remaining term of the 2023–2028 Supervisory Board.
Ms. Nguyen Nhu Hoang Anh has been nominated to stand for the remainder of the 2023–2028 term. Born in 1987, she holds two bachelor degrees in Accounting and Law. Her experience includes roles with major entities in Dong Nai, including Internal Audit officer at Tin Nghia Credit Group and accountant at Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park Company. She has also served as Chief Accountant at Tin Nghia Express Airlines and Phuoc Tan Trading - Construction. DGT expects her finance and legal expertise to support the company’s management.
The candidate slate also includes Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Thach and Mr. Tran The Anh.
This leadership reshuffle comes ahead of the 2026 AGM, scheduled for April 17, where the resignations and related dismissals are expected to be considered.
