On April 25, 2026, DICERA Holdings Joint Stock Company (ticker: DC4) held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at the Pullman Convention Centre in Vung Tau. The meeting approved all items on the agenda presented by the Board of Directors, including the Board’s report, the business performance report for 2025, the audited financial statements for 2025, the 2026 business plan, and the investment plan.
The chairman said 2025 was a milestone year for the company, marking its 30th anniversary. DICERA also received the President’s Second-class Labour Medal, officially renamed to DICERA Holdings, and increased its charter capital to nearly 1,000 billion dong.
He noted that the broader economy improved in 2025, with GDP rising 8.02% year-on-year. The government emphasized public investment and social housing development, creating opportunities for construction and building materials businesses such as DICERA. In addition, the merger of Ba Ria–Vung Tau with Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong was cited as opening opportunities for residential and industrial real estate investment for companies active in real estate.
By implementing shareholder resolutions, DICERA gradually diversified its business activities, reducing the share of construction and installation and increasing the share of investment activities. The Board and management implemented measures to optimize production and business operations and to exceed the profit plan.
In 2025, DICERA reported consolidated revenue of 1,658 billion dong, up 50% year-on-year. Consolidated net profit after tax reached 181.7 billion dong, up nearly 51%.
Alongside revenue from construction and installation for projects including the A2-1 Condominium, the five-star Double Tree by Hilton Vung Tau service complex, and tunnels 2 and 3 on Thuy Van Street, DICERA expanded its investment and real estate development footprint.
With profit results exceeding expectations, the AGM approved a 2025 dividend payout of 10% in the form of shares.
For 2026, DICERA set a consolidated revenue target of 1,415 billion dong. The company also maintained a consolidated after-tax profit target of 182 billion dong, equivalent to 18% of charter capital and the same as the previous year, to ensure resources to pay dividends in 2027 of 10% or more.
The chairman said DICERA will continue to grow sustainably, improve service quality, and foster creativity and innovation to meet partner and customer needs. He added that, given geopolitical uncertainties and global risks, the Board will guide business plans prudently to drive growth in the coming years.
