On April 22, Digiworld Joint Stock Company (Digiworld, ticker DGW: HoSE) held its annual general meeting. In 2025, Digiworld achieved revenue of 26,632 billion VND, up 21% year-on-year, and after-tax profit of 547 billion VND, up 23%. The mobile phone segment continued to account for the largest share of revenue, followed by laptops and tablets. Notably, Digiworld established partnerships with international partners such as AOC, Gigabyte, and Motorola to provide devices and digital infrastructure solutions, while promoting the home appliance sector with brands such as Hoa Phat and Funiki. In 2026, Digiworld aims for double-digit growth, with expected revenue of 31,500 billion VND and after-tax profit of 660 billion VND. The company will continue to strengthen cooperation with technology brands and international partners, leveraging the trend of technology innovation to drive long-term growth. Notably, Digiworld announced a restructuring plan to switch to a "Holdings" model to increase specialization and optimize resources across the system. Under this model, the parent company would hold shares, guiding strategic direction, financial management, human resources, legal affairs, and overall risk control for subsidiary companies. The subsidiaries, for their part, would operate independently by product line, focusing on operations and business development and taking responsibility for business performance. By the end of Q1 2026, Digiworld recorded revenue of 8,500 billion VND, up 54%, and profit after tax of 200 billion VND, up 89% year-on-year. This result was driven by strong contributions from laptops and tablets, along with robust growth in the office equipment and household appliances sectors.
