This week, seven companies announced dividend entitlements for the week of April 6–10. Four companies will pay cash dividends, with rates ranging from 5% to 35%.
VIP Green Port Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: VGR) will close the shareholder list for the second cash dividend installment for 2025 on April 9, at a rate of 35%, equivalent to 3,500 VND per share. The payment is expected on April 17.
With more than 82.2 million shares outstanding, the total payout for this tranche is estimated at over 287.7 billion VND. The parent company, Vietnam Container Joint Stock Company (Viconship, HOSE: VSC), holds 54.4% and is expected to receive about 156 billion VND.
VGR has maintained a high and steady cash dividend policy for many years. Over the past eight years, it has not skipped a cash dividend, averaging above 33% per year. The peak was in 2023, when cash dividends reached a record 70%. At the end of 2025, the company paid an interim dividend of 20%, bringing the total for the year to 55%.
On April 8, Saigon Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Joint Stock Company (BSH) will have its 2025 ex-dividend date. The payout rate is 15%, corresponding to 1,500 VND per share.
With 18 million shares outstanding, the total dividend is about 27 billion VND. Funds are expected to be paid to shareholders starting April 24. The parent Sabeco (SAB) holds 52% of charter capital and is expected to receive more than 14 billion VND from this distribution.
CTCP Kỹ Thương Securities (TCBS, ticker TCX – HOSE) announced that it will close the shareholder list on April 8 to pay cash dividends at 5%, or 500 VND per share. The total cash dividend to shareholders is nearly 1,156 billion VND, funded from undistributed after-tax profits on the audited financial statements as of December 31, 2024.
The payment date is May 8. This will be TCX’s first dividend since it became a public company and listed at the end of 2025.
