DSN, Dam Sen Water Park (ticker: DSN), announced a Board of Directors resolution approving the list of candidates to participate in a supplementary election for a member of the Board of Directors for the fifth term (2023–2028) at the 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM). According to the accompanying proposal, the two candidates for the supplementary election are Ms. Hiroko Yabe (born 1961) and Mr. Le Thanh Tri (born 1977). Specifically, individual shareholder Kenji Yabe, who currently owns 1,284,086 DSN shares, representing 10.63% of DSN, has nominated Ms. Hiroko Yabe. Ms. Hiroko Yabe is a piano lecturer and currently serves as a Board member and Deputy CEO of the Jueikai Medical Group. Meanwhile, Mr. Le Thanh Tri (born 1977) is held by a group of individual shareholders with an ownership stake of 11.01% of DSN; his professional background is a Master of Financial Economics. Neither candidate holds DSN shares. On the morning of April 22, 2026, DSN is scheduled to hold its 2026 AGM. In 2026, the company targets net revenue of VND 190 billion, up about 5% from the prior year. However, net profit is expected to be hardly growing, staying around VND 73 billion. The company also plans to maintain a minimum dividend policy of 24% of charter capital. According to the company, this plan was developed amid an increasingly competitive business environment, as many entertainment venues in Ho Chi Minh City and nearby areas—such as Suoi Tien Theme Park, Grand Park/VinWonders, and Dai Nam Tourist Area—continue to upgrade and expand. This forces DSN to intensify product innovation and add new games to attract families, group of friends, and tour groups, while also increasing pressure to share market share. Previously in 2025, DSN’s net revenue reached more than VND 181 billion, down 17% from the prior year; net profit reached VND 72 billion, down 22%, though the company has been actively cutting selling and administrative expenses. Compared with the plan, the company achieved 81% of revenue targets and 88% of profit targets. Closing on April 13, DSN traded at VND 38,950 per share.
