Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) and KSF partner Charles C. Foti, Jr., a former Attorney General of Louisiana, notified investors in Enphase Energy, Inc. (“Enphase” or the “Company”) (NasdaqGM: ENPH) of a class action securities lawsuit.
The lawsuit seeks to recover losses on behalf of investors of Enphase who were allegedly adversely affected by securities fraud between April 22, 2025 and October 28, 2025.

Investors who purchased Enphase securities and suffered losses during the relevant time frame have until April 20, 2026 to request that the Court appoint them as lead plaintiff. The notice states that eligibility to share in any recovery does not require serving as a lead plaintiff.
