Midnight's NIGHT token is edging dangerously close to an all-time low, continuing a prolonged downtrend that shows no signs of reversing. After an explosive launch driven by speculative interest and sharp upward momentum, the asset has since fallen into a sustained decline that has concerned traders and analysts alike.
Currently trading between $0.035 and $0.036, NIGHT remains well below all major moving averages. The price structure shows a clear bearish pattern, with a consistent sequence of lower highs and lower lows. Multiple failed attempts to reclaim key resistance levels have reinforced seller dominance, as each recovery attempt has been weaker than the last.
Volume trends mirror the broader decline. Early launch-phase spikes in trading activity have given way to thinner, declining participation. This type of volume contraction is commonly seen when speculative momentum fades, as liquidity gradually disappears and price drifts lower without sustained buying pressure to support levels.
Technical indicators provide little support for bulls. The Relative Strength Index remains suppressed in the lower range, with no meaningful bullish divergence despite the deep price decline. This is consistent with continued selling pressure even at these lower valuations.
Analysts point to a post-hype repricing cycle as a core driver of NIGHT's struggles. The token’s early valuation was described as largely narrative-driven, supported by initial demand rather than demonstrated utility or ecosystem growth. Without sustained on-chain activity or real-world adoption, the market has corrected the premium away over time.
The current situation is also complicated by NIGHT trading in relatively uncharted price territory. Unlike established assets with well-defined support zones, the token lacks clear structural demand floors. That increases the risk of further downside if selling pressure continues without a stabilizing bid.

Long-term memberships are shrinking, margins are pressured by higher rents and facility expenses, and competition from smaller, more personalized…
