Flamingo Group made a notable impression at the Vietnam Travel International Fair (VITM) 2026, earning recognition across multiple major categories spanning resorts, travel services, and MICE event management. The results highlight the group’s ability to build a cohesive tourism ecosystem as the market increasingly competes on quality and experience.
Two flagship resorts received double recognition at VITM 2026. In the lodging segment, Flamingo Dai Lai Resort and Flamingo Cat Ba Resorts were named “Outstanding Hotels and Resorts Serving Conferences in 2025.” Flamingo Dai Lai Resort also received the title “Prominent Tourist Destination” for attracting a large number of visitors.
Flamingo Redtours, with thirty years of development, was honored in three categories for 2025: “Domestic Tour Operator of the Year 2025,” “International Tour Operator of the Year 2025,” and “MICE Event Organizer of the Year 2025.”
Beyond the awards ceremony, Flamingo Group participated in VITM 2026 with a coordinated service ecosystem. Flamingo Redtours provided direct advisory space with travel products tailored to different customer groups. Its catalog covers domestic to international tours, with exclusive offers during the fair—an approach intended to shorten the distance between product and end user and improve event conversion.
In the lodging segment, Flamingo Hotels & Resorts presented destinations aligned with an “experiential living” concept, emphasizing the synergy of architecture, nature, art, and service. The group described this as a closed value-chain strategy designed to optimize customer experience before, during, and after the trip.
With hundreds of booths and the participation of hundreds of domestic and international companies, VITM 2026 continues to reflect the travel industry’s shift toward high-quality, personalized experiences and broader connectivity.
The series of awards at VITM 2026 not only recognizes achievements but also reflects the effectiveness of a sustainable development strategy. For Flamingo Group, being honored across both lodging and travel sectors demonstrates operational alignment across its pillars and supports continued expansion of integrated travel models to meet evolving market needs in the coming period.
